Interakt vs DoubleTick: which is better for your WhatsApp team in 2026?
Interakt and DoubleTick are both Indian WhatsApp Business API platforms, and both say they are built for teams. They mean different teams: Interakt is shaped around online stores, DoubleTick around sales reps. This guide is for owners and managers deciding between them, with rupee prices by team size, the integrations each ships with and a worked month.
Quick answer
Interakt is cheaper for almost any team size because every plan includes unlimited agents: Growth is ₹2,499 a month or ₹1,999 billed yearly, with Shopify, catalog and WhatsApp Pay tools. DoubleTick costs ₹3,000 a month billed yearly for 5 agents or ₹4,200 for 10, with sales features and integrations such as IndiaMart and Zoho as add-ons. Pick by the kind of team, not just price.
How do Interakt and DoubleTick think about seats?
Interakt does not charge per agent on its WhatsApp plans: Starter, Growth and Advanced all include unlimited agents. DoubleTick includes a set number of agents, 5 on Starter and 10 on Pro, and moves larger teams to Enterprise pricing per agent. That one difference drives most of the price gap below.
The products differ too. Interakt's paid features centre on commerce: catalogs, checkout, WhatsApp Pay and Shopify flows such as abandoned checkout reminders and cash-on-delivery to prepaid nudges. DoubleTick's centre on selling through people: chat assignment, team hierarchy and roles, scheduled one-to-one messages, broadcast retargeting and a long list of CRM integrations. If your WhatsApp is mostly an online store's customers, Interakt is built for you; if it is mostly reps working leads, DoubleTick is.
Is Interakt's Sales CRM the closer match to DoubleTick?
Yes, for sales teams. Alongside its marketing plans, Interakt sells a Sales CRM: ₹2,499 a month or ₹6,897 a quarter plus taxes, with 5 sales agents included and extra sales agents at ₹499 a month. It includes sales pipelines, automatic assignment of WhatsApp leads, one shared WhatsApp number for sales chats, contact owners, sales reporting, team roles, campaigns, a basic chatbot and payment links.
That makes the like-for-like comparison for a 10-person sales team Interakt Sales CRM at ₹2,499 plus 5 extra agents at ₹499, so ₹4,994 a month on monthly billing, against DoubleTick Pro at ₹4,200 a month billed yearly or ₹5,200 a month billed quarterly. Close, with DoubleTick slightly cheaper on a yearly contract.
What does each cost by team size?
For their main plans, rupees a month on yearly billing, before 18% GST, from each pricing page in October 2026.

Which integrations does each one ship with?
DoubleTick's integration list is longer and aimed at Indian B2B tools, but most entries are paid add-ons. Interakt's are aimed at commerce and payments.

What does a Jaipur jewellery brand pay in a month?
A hypothetical jewellery brand in Jaipur sells online and through WhatsApp consultations, with eight staff in the inbox. A month brings 8,000 marketing messages to opted-in buyers, 3,000 order and delivery updates (utility) and 3,000 billable service replies. Rupees, yearly billing, before GST.
| Line | Interakt Growth | DoubleTick Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | ₹1,999 | ₹4,200 |
| 8,000 marketing | × ₹0.958 = ₹7,664 | At least × ₹0.8631 = ₹6,905 |
| 3,000 utility | × ₹0.150 = ₹450 | At least × ₹0.115 = ₹345 |
| 3,000 service | × ₹0.128 = ₹384 | At least × ₹0.115 = ₹345 |
| Total | ₹10,497 | At least ₹11,795 |
Interakt's rates are from its conversation pricing page. DoubleTick lists its rates on a separate conversation cost page by country, which we did not confirm this session, so the table shows Meta's list rate from its rupee card as a floor. Even at the floor, DoubleTick costs about ₹1,300 more here, because of the plan price. Since 1 October 2026, utility templates are charged even inside the 24-hour window, so stores with many order updates should compare that line closely; our API pricing explainer has the rules.
How do the AI agents compare on price?
Interakt
WhatsApp AI Agents need Growth or Advanced. The pricing page shows two prices: $74.99 a month as an add-on, and a rupee card at ₹2,499 a month plus taxes with 100 free AI messages, then $0.011 per AI message. Growth and Advanced also include AnswerBot, which answers from up to 5 website URLs for a limited number of runs.
DoubleTick
No AI agents on Starter. On Pro, the AI add-on is ₹12,000 a quarter or ₹42,000 a year (₹3,500 a month), for up to 10 AI agents, a 50 MB knowledge base, 3,500 AI credits a month and up to 350 minutes of AI voice calls. When credits run out, agents keep working from a prepaid wallet.
For 3,000 AI replies a month, Interakt's rupee card works out to ₹2,499 plus about 2,900 × $0.011, roughly $32 more, while DoubleTick's 3,500 credits should cover it if one credit is one reply, which its comparison table suggests ("AI replies up to 3,500 a month").
How do trials and commitment compare?
Interakt shows a free trial on every plan, though its page does not state the length, and offers monthly billing. DoubleTick does not offer a free trial; its FAQ suggests booking a demo, and its shortest term shown is a quarter. Interakt's yearly plan saves 20%; DoubleTick's yearly Starter works out to ₹3,000 a month against ₹3,500 on quarterly billing.

Where ReplyKit fits
We make ReplyKit, so take this as a vendor's note. ReplyKit is not a replacement for either tool's broadcasts, catalogs, checkout or CRM integrations; it has none of those. It is an AI agent that answers people who message your WhatsApp or website first, from your own content, qualifies them and books appointments, from $29 a month with AI included and no Meta fees. It connects by QR code as a linked device, which is unofficial and not sanctioned by Meta, so a number can be restricted; use a dedicated number. For a consultation-led business that only needs inbound answered, see the plans or start a 7-day free trial.
