About ReplyKit

ReplyKit is a WhatsApp AI agent for small businesses. It answers customers in seconds, asks the questions you would ask, and books them into your calendar. It is built and operated in Malaysia by a small team that has watched too many good leads die on read.

Why it exists

In Malaysia and across Southeast Asia, WhatsApp is where business happens. Clinics, salons, tutors, agencies and shops get most of their enquiries there, at lunch, late at night and on Sundays. The questions are simple. The problem is that nobody can answer them fast enough, and the customer who does not get an answer messages the next business on the list.

The existing tools were built for large teams: official-API platforms with seats, campaigns, contact metering and a setup process measured in days. A two-person clinic does not need a marketing platform. It needs a receptionist who never sleeps, works from the price list it already has, and costs less than an hour of anyone's time. That is what ReplyKit is.

What we promise

• Only what is true. The pricing page lists only features that exist. If something is on the roadmap, we say so.
• On the official platform. ReplyKit connects every number through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We launched on unofficial QR pairing, said so plainly, and moved to the official platform in September 2026 because a business's front door should not carry a ban risk. Read why.
• Your data is yours. Knowledge sources, contacts and conversations are isolated per workspace, never used to train shared models, and you can export or delete everything yourself. Details in the privacy policy.
• No lock-in. Monthly plans, cancel in two clicks, bookings export to any calendar, leads export to CSV.

Who makes it

ReplyKit is founder-built and run from Malaysia by a small team. Support emails are answered by the people who build the product, which is why answers tend to be specific. The roadmap is shaped by what customers ask for.
