Quick answer

Good DoubleTick alternatives are Interakt for unlimited agents at a low monthly price, Gallabox for AI on WhatsApp with six users, WATI for a widely used official API inbox, and AiSensy for budget broadcasts. If your team mainly answers inbound enquiries and you want AI included without Meta fees, ReplyKit starts at US$29 a month. DoubleTick itself offers demos, not a free trial.

What does DoubleTick do well?

DoubleTick is a WhatsApp sales platform on the official Business API. It is built for sales teams: a shared inbox, broadcasts, catalogues, and mobile and web access for agents in the field.

From its pricing page, the parts sales teams value most are:

For an Indian distributor, jeweller or education counsellor team working leads all day on WhatsApp, that is a good fit. The rest of this article is about when something else fits better.

How much does DoubleTick cost?

In India, DoubleTick Starter is ₹4,500 a month on monthly billing or ₹36,000 a year, and Pro is ₹6,200 a month or ₹50,400 a year, with the AI agents add-on on top. In US dollars, Starter is US$210 a month and Pro US$324 a month on monthly billing.

The pricing page loads its prices from DoubleTick's own plan system, which we queried for India and the US in October 2026. Indian prices are before 18% GST.

Quarterly and six-month options are also offered. Meta's conversation charges are separate and vary by country; DoubleTick publishes them on its conversation cost page. When AI credits run out, its FAQ says the agents keep working and draw from a wallet you top up.

Why do teams look for a DoubleTick alternative?

Three reasons come up most: you cannot try it without a demo, AI agents only start on Pro, and the price is aimed at teams rather than one owner with a phone.

  1. No free trial. DoubleTick's FAQ says it does not offer a free trial and suggests booking a demo instead.
  2. AI is a Pro feature. Starter has no AI agents, so a team that wants AI replies starts at Pro + AI: ₹11,200 a month on monthly billing in India before GST, or US$414 in the US.
  3. Team pricing for small teams. Five included agents are great value for five people, and less so for two.

What does a five-agent team pay on each alternative?

For five agents on yearly billing, DoubleTick Starter works out to ₹3,000 a month in India, and among official API tools the cheapest plan with WhatsApp AI agents runs from about US$130 to about US$310 a month.

Checked on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026. WATI's page did not render its plan prices for us this time, so its figure is from our check earlier this month and marked "about". USD and INR prices are not conversions of each other; each vendor sets them separately.

Read the table with your job in mind. Every tool here except ReplyKit can run broadcasts on the official API. ReplyKit is cheaper because it does a narrower job: it answers people who message you, qualifies them and books appointments. If your team lives on outbound campaigns, the comparison that matters is between the first five rows.

Which DoubleTick alternatives have a free trial?

Most of them. Gallabox offers a free trial with no credit card and 500 AI credits. Interakt has a free trial. WATI offers a 7-day free trial. AiSensy has a Free Forever plan. ReplyKit has a 7-day trial with 300 AI replies and no card.

A trial matters more than it sounds. The fastest way to judge an AI agent is to send it twenty of your real customer questions and see what comes back. A demo shows you someone else's best questions.

The DoubleTick alternatives, one by one

We make ReplyKit, so weigh our view accordingly. Here is who each alternative suits, in plain terms.

Interakt: lowest cost for a big team

Growth is US$55 a month with unlimited agents in all roles, and Advanced is US$69. WhatsApp AI Agents are a US$74.99 add-on on both. In India, its Sales CRM plan is ₹2,499 a month with five sales agents. Strong for online stores. See Interakt alternatives.

Gallabox: AI on WhatsApp without an add-on

Essential is ₹5,599 a month billed yearly (₹6,999 quarterly) for six users, with AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram and 2,000 AI credits a month. Basic is cheaper but capped at three users, with AI on the web widget only. No monthly billing. Our Gallabox alternatives page goes deeper.

WATI: the familiar choice

Pro includes five users, with extra users at US$24 each, and Astra AI agents as a separately priced add-on. Message charges apply per WATI's rate card. See WATI pricing.

AiSensy: broadcasts on a budget

Basic is ₹1,500 a month and Pro ₹3,200, with a Free Forever plan that does not include broadcasting. The AI agent is ₹1,350 a month for 1,000 AI messages. Good for campaign-heavy teams watching costs.

ReplyKit: AI replies and booking, no Meta fees

An AI agent that answers WhatsApp and website chat from your own content, qualifies leads and books appointments, with one shared inbox and a leads pipeline. US$29, US$49 or US$99 a month with AI replies included and no seat pricing. Compare the plans.

Where ReplyKit fits, and where DoubleTick is the better choice

ReplyKit fits when most of your WhatsApp is inbound: people asking about price, stock, availability or a booking. DoubleTick fits when your team pushes outbound: broadcasts, catalogues, re-targeting.

Say a coaching centre in Hyderabad gets 60 parent enquiries a day across two counsellors. With ReplyKit, the AI answers fees and timings from the centre's brochure PDF, asks the child's grade and preferred batch, scores the lead hot, warm or cold, and books a demo class into an open slot. Counsellors see the hot leads first and take over any chat in one click. If a lead goes quiet, Growth and Pro send one gentle follow-up.

ReplyKit connects through Quick Connect, which pairs the number by QR code in about two minutes. It is unofficial and not sanctioned by Meta, and a number can be restricted, which DoubleTick's official API route avoids. We limit AI replies to 30 an hour and 200 a day per number by default and recommend a dedicated number.

Choose DoubleTick or another API tool if you need broadcasts, the green tick, number masking, Google Sheets sync or many agents working outbound. ReplyKit exports leads by CSV only, with no Sheets sync, Zapier or webhooks. The trade-offs are laid out in API vs QR pairing and in ReplyKit vs DoubleTick.

How we know this. We checked DoubleTick's pricing page in October 2026 and queried the plan data that page loads, for both India and the US, then compared it with the pricing pages of Interakt, Gallabox, AiSensy and WATI. WATI did not render prices for us this time, so its figure is from our check earlier this month and marked as approximate. ReplyKit's details come from the product as it runs today. We make ReplyKit, so weigh our view accordingly. For outbound sales teams that need broadcasts and the official API, DoubleTick or a similar tool is the better choice. About ReplyKit.
