Quick answer

AiSensy is the cheaper way to get AI answering WhatsApp: Basic at ₹1,500 a month plus the AI agent at ₹1,350, with monthly billing. Gallabox's WhatsApp AI agent starts on Essential at ₹5,599 a month billed yearly or ₹6,999 quarterly, with 6 users and 2,000 AI credits included, and no monthly option. Gallabox suits larger lead teams; AiSensy suits budgets.

What is the one-line difference between AiSensy and Gallabox?

AiSensy sells cheap campaigns with AI as an add-on; Gallabox sells AI agents with campaigns as part of the package. Both give you the official API, a team inbox, chatbot flows, Click-to-WhatsApp ad tools and Meta's per-message charges on top. The difference is where the money goes: AiSensy keeps the plan low and charges for extras, Gallabox puts more into the plan and charges for it up front.

AiSensy's honest strengths

A Free Forever plan, monthly billing, ₹1,500 entry price, six logins on Basic, fast broadcasts, and an AI agent you can add to any paid plan for ₹1,350 a month.

Gallabox's honest strengths

AI credits on every plan, AI agents on WhatsApp and Instagram from Essential, AI voice on WhatsApp and phone on Advanced, cheaper extra users, and a free trial with 500 AI credits and no card.

Monthly or prepaid: how much leaves your account on day one?

AiSensy lets you pay month by month; Gallabox bills only quarterly or yearly. For a small business, that changes the first payment more than any feature does. Rupees, before 18% GST.

SetupShortest termFirst paymentCost over 12 months
AiSensy Basic plus AI agent, monthly1 month₹2,850₹34,200
AiSensy Basic plus AI agent, yearly1 year₹16,200 plus ₹14,580 = ₹30,780₹30,780

Gallabox Essential, yearly1 year₹67,188₹67,188
Gallabox Basic, quarterly (AI on website only)3 months₹8,997₹35,988

AiSensy's AI agent is ₹1,215 a month on yearly billing, which is where the ₹14,580 comes from. Gallabox says annual plans are not refunded mid-term, so a quarter is the safest first commitment. Detail on both is in our AiSensy pricing and Gallabox pricing guides.

The unknown on Gallabox is how many credits one WhatsApp reply uses. Gallabox's credits also cover rewrites, translations and other tasks, and it alerts you at 80% use. Run your first month with real leads and watch the meter before choosing a yearly plan. On both tools, each AI reply is also a WhatsApp service message, charged by the provider after the free 1,000 a month.

How do Click-to-WhatsApp ad leads change the bill?

If your leads come from Meta ads that open WhatsApp, many of your replies may be free of Meta's charges on both tools. Meta's rule: when a customer messages you from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook Page button and you reply within 24 hours, a free entry point window opens, and marketing, utility and service messages inside it are free. Meta says the window may stay open for up to 7 days. AiSensy's own page describes it as 72 hours, so check how your provider applies it.

What this means in practice: answer ad leads within 24 hours, which an AI agent does easily, and the follow-up conversation costs nothing in Meta fees for days. Both AiSensy and Gallabox include Click-to-WhatsApp ad tools; AiSensy's ads manager is on every plan, even the free one. Our Click-to-WhatsApp ads guide covers the setup.

What does a Chennai design studio pay on each?

A hypothetical interior design studio in Chennai has four staff and gets most leads from ads and its website. It wants AI to answer every WhatsApp enquiry. In a month: 3,000 replies outside free ad windows (2,000 billable after the free 1,000) and 400 consultation reminders as utility templates. Rupees, before GST.

LineAiSensy Basic plus AI, monthlyGallabox Essential, yearlyGallabox Essential, quarterly
Plan and AI₹2,850₹5,599₹6,999
2,000 service messages2,000 × ₹0.145 = ₹2902,000 × ₹0.1323 = ₹264.60₹264.60
400 utility templates400 × ₹0.145 = ₹58400 × ₹0.1323 = ₹52.92₹52.92
Monthly total₹3,198₹5,916.52₹7,316.52

AiSensy costs about half as much. Two things could close the gap. If the studio's AI handles more than 1,000 replies, AiSensy's extra AI messages are charged on top at a rate we could not find published; Gallabox's 2,000 credits may stretch further, depending on credits per reply. And if the studio grows past six people, AiSensy charges ₹750 per extra agent while Gallabox charges ₹1,200 per extra user on Essential, so AiSensy stays cheaper there too.

How we know this. We read AiSensy's rupee pricing page, Gallabox's pricing page and FAQ, Gallabox's per-message pricing documentation and Meta's pricing page with its rupee rate card, all on 25 October 2026. AiSensy does not publish its rate for AI messages beyond the 1,000 included, and Gallabox does not publish credits per reply, so we flag both as unknowns rather than estimate them. The design studio is hypothetical. We sell ReplyKit, which competes only for inbound lead handling; for broadcasts, Instagram or ads tools, AiSensy or Gallabox is the better choice. About ReplyKit.
