SleekFlow pricing by country: what Pro and Premium cost, what WhatsApp adds, and what a real month looks like

SleekFlow sets a different price list for each market, so the number you saw in a friend's screenshot from another country is probably not yours. This guide puts the local prices side by side, explains the contact and seat limits that move the bill, and adds the WhatsApp charges that sit outside every plan.

SleekFlow sells two self-serve plans, Pro and Premium, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Prices are set per market and billed in local currency, with about 20% off for yearly billing. The US and UK pages also list a cheaper Essential plan that SleekFlow says is "rolling out by country".

Checked October 2026 on SleekFlow's regional pricing pages, for example Malaysia, Singapore and the US. The 60-day dedicated onboarding is included in Premium; on Pro it is a one-time purchase. In the US and UK, Essential is US$69 a month or US$49 billed yearly, with 3 seats and unlimited contacts but no AI agent.

Local pricing is not simple conversion. Pro in Malaysia at RM 449 is noticeably cheaper than US$139 at most exchange rates, while Pro in Hong Kong at HK$1,599 sits above it. If your business is registered in one of these markets, sign up from that market's page.

What each SleekFlow plan includes

The two things that differ most by market are the starting contact allowance and the number of seats, so check your own region's card.

MarketPro includesPremium includes
Malaysia and Indonesia1,000 monthly active contacts, 3 seats3,000 contacts, 10 seats
Singapore and Hong Kong500 contacts, 3 seats1,000 contacts, 5 seats
UAE, US and UK500 contacts, 10 seats1,000 contacts, 10 seats

Every plan includes all messaging, email and call channels, though WhatsApp, SMS and calls each carry their own hosting and usage fees. SleekFlow offers a 7-day free trial of Pro with no credit card.

How monthly active contacts change the bill

A monthly active contact is someone who messages you, or whom you message through the inbox, Flow Builder, AI agent, API or WhatsApp coexistence, in a billing month. Contacts you only store, and people who receive a one-way broadcast without replying, do not count.

If you go over your allowance, SleekFlow automatically adds contacts 100 at a time so messages and automations keep running, and the extra applies only to that month. On the US page those blocks are US$20 per 100 contacts, and extra seats are US$25 each on Pro and Premium. SleekFlow's own estimate is that a business chatting with 20 unique customers a day typically uses about 450 contacts a month, because most daily chats are with repeat customers. That makes the Malaysian Pro allowance of 1,000 comfortable for most small shops; the 500 in Singapore and Hong Kong is tighter.

SleekFlow WhatsApp pricing: hosting plus messages

WhatsApp on SleekFlow costs two things on top of the plan: a monthly fee to host your WhatsApp Business API number, shown in the table above, and per-message charges from SleekFlow's rate card.

Since 1 October 2026, Meta charges for service replies inside the 24-hour window after the first 1,000 a month per business phone number, and also charges for utility templates inside that window. Marketing and authentication templates are charged on every delivery. Messages in a free entry point window opened by a click-to-WhatsApp ad stay free.

SleekFlow rates are from its WhatsApp pricing help article, in US dollars per delivered message. Its marketing rates run about 15% above Meta's list price, which is common among solution providers. Service replies are listed at Meta's rate.

Worked bills for Kuala Lumpur and Singapore

Both are hypothetical businesses using SleekFlow's published rates.

A beauty salon in Kuala Lumpur, 2 staff, about 700 customers in conversation a month. Pro on monthly billing: RM 449. WhatsApp number: RM 50. Messages, billed in US dollars: 2,200 service replies with 1,200 billable (1,200 × $0.014 = $16.80), 800 appointment reminder templates (800 × $0.0161 = $12.88), 500 promotional templates (500 × $0.0989 = $49.45). Total: RM 499 plus about US$79 in message charges a month. On yearly billing the plan line falls to RM 399.
A property team in Singapore, 5 agents, about 800 leads a month. Pro only has 3 seats in Singapore, so the team takes Premium at S$519 monthly, which includes 5 seats, 1,000 contacts and the 60-day onboarding. WhatsApp number: S$19. Messages: 4,000 service replies with 3,000 billable (3,000 × $0.016 = $48), 1,000 utility follow-ups (1,000 × $0.0184 = $18.40), 300 marketing templates for new launches (300 × $0.0842 = $25.26). Total: S$538 plus about US$92 a month.

The salon example shows where SleekFlow is efficient: a generous contact allowance at a ringgit price. The Singapore example shows the seat cliff: going from 3 to 5 people doubles the plan.

Is SleekFlow worth it for a small business?

SleekFlow is worth it if you want an official WhatsApp API inbox with AI agents, broadcasts and Instagram and Facebook in one place, priced in your own currency, with local support hours in Asia. The contact model is fair to businesses with large lists and modest conversation volume.

It is a weaker fit for a one or two person service business whose WhatsApp is all inbound questions. You pay a hosting fee, a plan, and per-message charges on replies past 1,000 a month, and the seat limits in Singapore and Hong Kong push small teams toward Premium sooner than expected.
