Kommo pricing in 2026: per-user plans, the six-month minimum, and what AI really costs

Kommo looks cheap at $25 a user, then two details change the maths: you cannot pay monthly, and the AI agent features sit on the higher plans. This guide is for small sales teams thinking about Kommo as their WhatsApp CRM. It covers every plan as of October 2026, how AI credits scale, what Meta charges, and two worked bills.

Quick answer

Kommo costs $25, $35 or $45 per user a month for Base, Advanced and Pro, but there is no monthly billing: the minimum term is six months, paid upfront ($150, $210 or $270 per user). AI agents start on Advanced (up to 3) and Pro (up to 50), with 750 to 2,250 AI credits per user a month. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees directly.

How much does Kommo cost?

Kommo charges per user: $25 a month on Base, $35 on Advanced and $45 on Pro. Monthly payment is not available. The shortest term is six months, billed upfront, and Enterprise is priced on request.

Prices in US dollars from Kommo's pricing page, checked October 2026. The page also offers 9-month, 1-year and 2-year terms, but only showed prices for the six-month term when we checked. Kommo has a 14-day free trial with full access, 10GB of storage and no credit card. Kommo says there are no mandatory extra fees; optional costs come from paid third-party integrations and extra AI credits. You can also add free users with limited access to shared client profiles.

Plan your cash, not just your monthly rate. A three-person team on Advanced pays $630 on day one. If you are not sure the CRM will stick, use the full 14-day trial with real leads before paying.

What does each Kommo plan include?

Base is a CRM with a unified messenger inbox. Advanced adds automation, broadcasts and the first AI agents. Pro adds booking, AI appointment booking and voice message handling.

Enterprise adds single sign-on, scheduled backups, a priority SLA and a dedicated account manager. The practical upshot: if you want an AI agent that answers on WhatsApp, Advanced is the floor. If it also has to book appointments or understand voice notes, you need Pro.

How do Kommo AI credits work?

Every paid plan gives each user a monthly pool of AI credits: 750 on Base, 1,250 on Advanced and 2,250 on Pro. Credits are multiplied by your number of seats, reset on your billing date each month, and do not roll over.

When you run out, Kommo's options are to upgrade, add seats, or buy AI credit packages, which its FAQ calls the most cost-effective route. The pricing page did not show package prices or how many credits one AI reply uses when we checked, so ask for both before relying on the AI agent for a busy inbox. One consequence of per-seat credits is worth knowing: a solo owner on Pro has 2,250 credits a month, while a five-person team on the same plan shares 11,250, so the AI allowance grows with headcount rather than with message volume.

What does WhatsApp cost on Kommo?

Kommo connects WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API and does not charge for WhatsApp messages. Meta bills its message fees to you directly, separately from the Kommo subscription, according to Kommo's September 2026 pricing update post.

Meta charges per delivered message by category and country. Since 1 October 2026, service replies inside the 24-hour window are free only for the first 1,000 per number each month. As examples of Meta's list rates republished by Twilio, a marketing template costs about $0.0397 to Mexico and $0.0635 to the UK, and a service or utility message about $0.0085 and $0.022. Our WhatsApp Business API pricing explainer covers the rest.

Kommo for a sales team and a solo owner

Both are hypothetical teams using Kommo's six-month prices and Meta's list rates.

A three-agent property team in Mexico City on Advanced

LineWorkingPer month
Kommo Advanced3 users x $35 ($630 upfront for six months)$105.00
Meta service replies1,500 minus 1,000 free = 500 x $0.0085$4.25
Meta marketing broadcasts400 x $0.0397$15.88
Total3,750 AI credits shared, up to 3 AI agents$125.13

A solo salon owner in London on Pro

LineWorkingPer month
Kommo Pro1 user x $45 ($270 upfront for six months)$45.00
Meta service replies1,200 minus 1,000 free = 200 x $0.022$4.40
Total2,250 AI credits, AI appointment booking$49.40

The salon needs Pro, not Base, because AI appointment booking and voice message handling are Pro features. If its 2,250 credits run out in a busy month, it buys a credit package at a price Kommo quotes in the account.

Is Kommo worth the money?

Kommo is good value for sales teams that live in messengers and want pipelines, automation and WhatsApp on one screen, especially in markets where WhatsApp and Instagram drive sales. It is less suited to businesses that dislike prepaying, or that need only an assistant to answer and book rather than a full CRM.

Where Kommo is strong

A real sales pipeline built around chat, an official WhatsApp API connection with no Kommo message fees, Instagram and other messengers in the same inbox, a large integration marketplace, and AI agents that scale up to 50 on Pro.

Where it gets expensive

No monthly billing, per-seat pricing that grows with every salesperson, AI agents only from Advanced, booking only on Pro, and credit package prices you only see inside the account.

What are the other options?

We make ReplyKit, which overlaps with Kommo for some small businesses, so read this with that in mind. Our Kommo alternatives page compares more tools, and Trengo pricing shows a shared-inbox model priced per team rather than per seat.

ReplyKit is much narrower than Kommo: an AI agent for WhatsApp and website chat with one shared inbox and a simple leads list (hot, warm, cold, with CSV export), not a sales pipeline. It answers from your own content, qualifies leads and books appointments, and costs $29, $49 or $99 a month with AI replies included, no per-seat fees and no Meta fees. It connects through a QR code that links your number as a device. That is unofficial, not the WhatsApp Business API and not sanctioned by Meta, so a number can be restricted; read will WhatsApp ban my number for automation? and use a dedicated number. It does not do broadcasts or Instagram. For the London salon it might be enough; for the Mexico City team's pipeline it would not be. How we know this. We read Kommo's pricing page and its plan and FAQ sections in October 2026, including the price data behind the billing-term switcher, and Kommo's September 2026 post on WhatsApp pricing for how Meta's fees are billed. Meta's per-country rates come from the list Twilio republishes and Meta's developer pricing page. The two bills are hypothetical and worked by hand. We sell ReplyKit, which competes with Kommo only at the small end, so weigh our view accordingly. For a sales pipeline, Instagram, broadcasts or a growing sales team, Kommo is the better choice.
