SleekFlow vs Omnichat: which chat commerce platform suits an Asian retailer?

SleekFlow and Omnichat both grew up serving retailers in Hong Kong and wider Asia, and both put WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Instagram and Messenger into one inbox with broadcasts and AI. The practical differences are in how you buy them, how far each goes into store operations, and how much you can know about the price before talking to sales. This guide covers all three.

Quick answer

SleekFlow suits brands that want to start quickly with published monthly prices, from HK$1,599 a month (HK$1,199 billed yearly) for Pro with an AI agent, or RM 449 in Malaysia. Omnichat suits larger retailers that want online-to-offline tools, store and staff management and chat commerce, sold on annual plans by quote. Messaging app fees are extra on both.

How you buy each one

SleekFlow is self-serve with prices on its website and monthly or yearly billing. Omnichat publishes no prices, sells annual subscriptions only and quotes each customer based on contacts and users.

Checked October 2026 on SleekFlow's Hong Kong pricing and Omnichat's pricing page. For a small brand, the annual-only commitment is the biggest practical difference: you cannot try Omnichat for a paid month and leave.

SleekFlow's published prices

SleekFlow Pro in Hong Kong costs HK$1,599 a month, or HK$1,199 a month billed yearly, with 500 monthly active contacts and 3 seats.

Pro connects 3 channels and Premium 10; SleekFlow lists LINE and WeChat as supported on every plan. Hong Kong's standalone 60-day onboarding costs HK$7,800 one-off and is included in Premium. Our SleekFlow pricing guide has the other markets.

What Omnichat's plans include

Omnichat's plans are defined by contacts and users rather than price: Basic covers 10,000 contacts and 3 users, Pro 25,000 contacts and 3 users, and Enterprise 100,000 contacts and 10 users.

Omnichat describes itself as an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, a Meta Business Partner and a LINE Tech Partner, and its site serves Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Southeast Asia. Its contact allowances are much larger than SleekFlow's starting allowances, which matters if you message a big membership base.

Channels and messaging fees

Both cover WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Instagram, Messenger and website chat, and on both the messaging apps' own fees are charged separately.

Omnichat states that plan fees exclude WhatsApp Business API and LINE API usage and message fees. SleekFlow bills WhatsApp messages by its rate card plus a monthly number hosting fee. For WhatsApp, Meta charges per delivered template message by market and category, and since 1 October 2026 service replies are charged after the first 1,000 per business number each month, per Meta's pricing documentation. If your customers are in Taiwan or Japan, LINE's charges will matter as much as WhatsApp's. Our Hong Kong WhatsApp guide covers local habits.

Retail features side by side

Omnichat goes further into physical retail; SleekFlow is broader for general businesses and lighter to run.

If you run 20 stores and want each sales associate to chat with their own clients and get credit for the sale, Omnichat's store tools are built for that. If you run one online shop and a showroom, SleekFlow covers the job with less setup.

AI on both platforms

SleekFlow includes an AI agent on Pro, with integrations on Premium. Omnichat markets an AI suite, including an AI strategist called OmniClaw, generative message flows, autonomous shopping, sales and support agents, and a copilot, but its pricing page does not say which plan includes which piece.

Ask Omnichat to put the AI components in writing in the quote. For either platform, test the AI on your hardest product questions during the trial, such as sizing, stock in a specific store and return rules, because those are where retail chatbots most often go wrong. Our guide to AI agents for online shops lists the questions worth testing.

Budgeting a Hong Kong fashion brand

A hypothetical fashion brand in Hong Kong has 4 people on chat, around 450 customers messaging a month and one WhatsApp number. On SleekFlow Pro with yearly billing: HK$1,199 a month, plus HK$119 for the number, so HK$1,318 a month or HK$15,816 a year, before WhatsApp message charges. It would need one extra seat or Premium for the fourth person; Premium yearly is HK$2,499 a month plus HK$119.

On Omnichat, the same brand fits Basic on contacts but has 3 users, and the price comes only by quote. Use the SleekFlow figure as your benchmark when the quote arrives, and compare the year's total, not the monthly equivalent.

Questions to ask before signing an Omnichat quote

  1. What is the total annual price, and is any part refundable if we leave early?
  2. How do you count "effective contacts", and what happens if we exceed the plan's contact limit?
  3. What does each extra user cost?
  4. Which AI features are included in our plan, and are there usage limits or AI credits?
  5. Are WhatsApp and LINE message fees passed through at cost, or with a markup?
  6. Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with, and is setup included?
  7. What does onboarding include beyond the WhatsApp API application?

Ask SleekFlow the same questions about markup on its rate card and contact add-on prices in your market, so you compare like with like.

Pick SleekFlow if, pick Omnichat if

Pick SleekFlow if

  • You want to start this week with a monthly plan.
  • You prefer published prices and self-serve setup.
  • You are an SME, a clinic or a service business, not only a retailer.
  • You want an AI agent included in a known price.

Pick Omnichat if

  • You run a retail chain with stores and sales associates.
  • You message a large membership base, 10,000 contacts or more.
  • LINE in Taiwan or Japan is as important as WhatsApp.
  • You are comfortable with an annual contract negotiated with sales.

If neither feels right, our list of SleekFlow alternatives includes other Asia-focused platforms.

For service businesses, not retailers

We build ReplyKit, so this is our own pitch, kept short. If you are a clinic, salon or tutor rather than a retailer, and you only need inbound WhatsApp and website enquiries answered and booked, ReplyKit costs US$29 to $99 a month with AI replies included and no Meta fees.

It is not a chat commerce platform: no LINE, WeChat, Instagram, broadcasts, payments in chat or store tools. It connects WhatsApp by QR code as a linked device, which is unofficial and not sanctioned by Meta, so a number can be restricted; use a dedicated number. For retail, SleekFlow or Omnichat is the right choice. For a service business, you can try ReplyKit free for 7 days.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Omnichat cost?

Omnichat does not publish prices. Every plan is quoted by sales based on contacts and users, and subscriptions are annual only. WhatsApp and LINE message fees are charged on top of the plan.

Is SleekFlow cheaper than Omnichat?

We cannot say for certain because Omnichat quotes privately. SleekFlow Pro in Hong Kong is HK$1,199 a month billed yearly, so use that as a benchmark and compare annual totals when you receive an Omnichat quote.

Do SleekFlow and Omnichat support LINE and WeChat?

Yes. Both list WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat. On SleekFlow, the number of channels you can connect depends on the plan.

Which is better for retail stores?

Omnichat goes further into in-store retail, with online-merge-offline tools, sales tracking, store and roster management, and coupon and game add-ons. SleekFlow is lighter and suits online shops and general businesses.

Do both include AI?

SleekFlow includes an AI agent on Pro and above. Omnichat markets an AI suite with agents and a copilot, but its pricing page does not say which plan includes which feature, so ask for it in the quote.

Can I pay monthly for Omnichat?

No. Omnichat's pricing page says it currently offers annual subscription plans only. SleekFlow offers both monthly and yearly billing.

How we know this. We read SleekFlow's Hong Kong, Malaysia and US pricing pages and Omnichat's home and pricing pages in October 2026. Omnichat publishes no prices, so we give a benchmark and a quote checklist rather than invent a figure. The fashion brand is hypothetical. We build ReplyKit, which does not compete for retail chat commerce, and for retailers either SleekFlow or Omnichat is a better choice than our product. About ReplyKit.
