Starter, Growth or Pro: how to pick a ReplyKit plan by numbers, agents, replies and the features that matter, with worked examples

Quick answer

Starter is $29 a month for one WhatsApp number, one agent, one website assistant and 1,000 AI replies. Growth is $49 for three numbers, five agents, five website assistants, 5,000 replies and follow-up nudges. Pro is $99 for fifteen numbers, unlimited agents and 20,000 replies. Every plan includes the inbox, CRM, booking, reminders, exports and the Monday digest; AI is included, and Meta's message fees apply only to reminder and follow-up templates. A reply is one AI message sent, on WhatsApp or the website widget; inbound messages and human replies do not count. There is no hourly cap; Meta's own messaging limits apply to templates you start, explained in daily limits.

Estimating replies

A typical enquiry-to-booking conversation uses three to six AI replies. So 1,000 replies is roughly 200 to 300 conversations a month; 5,000 is roughly 1,000 to 1,500. Count last month's new conversations from your phone and multiply by four for a safe estimate. If you are between plans, start lower: the plan upgrades instantly and packs cover a busy month.

Worked examples

Why Growth adds nudges

Follow-up nudges send one message to a lead who asked a question and went quiet, after a delay you set. They recover a share of enquiries that would otherwise be lost, which for a business quoting jobs is worth the $20 difference many times over; see follow-up nudges. Solo businesses with low volume often do fine without them.

The trial and switching

The 7-day trial includes 300 replies and needs a card, which is not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately from Billing. Cancel any time; what happens to your data is in what happens when you cancel. The full cost picture is in what it costs.
