Cancel from Billing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, then AI replies stop. Your WhatsApp number is yours: disconnect it in ReplyKit and it keeps working as a normal WhatsApp number. Export conversations, leads, bookings and knowledge as JSON and CSV before or after cancelling. Delete the account from Settings to remove every record immediately; otherwise data is retained for a period in case you return. Nothing is used to train AI models at any point.
What stops, and when
- Cancel from Billing, Manage subscription. There is no call to make and no notice period.
- The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for; the agent keeps working until then.
- After that, AI replies pause. Your inbox, leads and knowledge remain visible so you can export.
- Reminders for bookings already made stop with the agent, so send any outstanding ones yourself.
Your WhatsApp number
The number was always yours. Disconnect it from the Agents page, which removes ReplyKit's access; the number stays in your WhatsApp Business Account on Meta's platform, and you can move it to another provider or back to the app by following Meta's steps. Your data
- Export. Settings, Export: a JSON file with your workspace, agents, knowledge sources, contacts, conversations, messages and appointments. Leads also export as CSV from the Leads page.
- Retention. After cancellation, data is kept for a period so you can return without starting over; the privacy policy states the period.
- Deletion. Settings, Delete account, with your password: cancels any subscription, disconnects numbers, and removes every record from the live database immediately. Backups roll off on their retention schedule.
- Training. Your data was never used to train AI models, before or after cancellation. See customer data safety.
Coming back
If you cancelled but did not delete, log in, start a plan, reconnect the number, and the agent resumes with its knowledge and instructions intact. If you deleted, you start fresh. Either way there is no re-onboarding fee. Details of all of this are in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
