Before you write

  • Agent not replying? Check the Overview page: the number must show Connected and you must have replies left this month.
  • Wrong answers? Open the Agents page and add the missing fact under Knowledge, or fix it in the teach loop.
  • Number disconnected? Open Agents: the status next to the number shows Meta's reason. Click Connect WhatsApp number and sign in with Meta again to restore access.
  • Billing question? Receipts and plan changes are on the Billing page.
